格隆汇12月19日丨益美国际控股(01870.HK)宣布，配售协议所载的所有先决条件均已获达成，且配售事项已根据其条款及条件于2025年12月19日完成。合共3000万股配售股份，相当于(i)紧接配售事项完成前公司已发行股本约3.04%；及(ii)截至本公告日期，经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本约2.95%，已按配售价每股配售股份0.55港元成功配发及发行予不少于六名独立承配人。 配售事项之所得款项总额为1650万港元，而所得款项净额约为1610万港元。董事会拟以下列方式动用配售事项之现金所得款项净额：(a)其中配售事项所得款项净额约640万港元或40%用于发展电力交易业务及于中国的其他相关潜在绿色电力能源项目；及(b)其中配售事项所得款项净额约970万港元或约60%用作为维持集团的一般营运资金，包括但不限于支付专业费用、员工薪金、办公室租金、水电及其他开支。
