12月18日，迅策今日起至下周二(23日)招股，发售2250万股H股，香港公开发售占10%，其余为国际配售，每股招股价介乎48港元至55港元，集资最多12.38亿港元。一手100股，入场费5555.47港元。
该股预期12月30日挂牌买卖。国泰海通为独家保荐人。
迅策是中国实时数据基础设施及分析解决方案供应商，为全行业企业提供涵盖数据基础设施及数据分析的实时信息技术解决方案。此次IPO公司计划将所得款项净额中，80%将用于解决方案的正持续进行和未来的研发工作；10%将用于提升营销能力；10%将分配作营运资金及其他一般业务用途。
