科济药业-B（02171）发布公告，公司于2025年12月18日宣布其股份回购计划及主要股东增持股份的情况。
根据公告，自2025年10月21日至2025年12月17日，公司已根据2025年股份回购授权共回购763万股股份。董事会认为，目前股价低于其真正价值，未能充分反映公司业务前景，因此继续推进股份回购计划，并已将该计划的期限延长至下届股东周年大会结束为止。
此外，股东益杰一致行动集团在2025年11月6日至2025年12月17日期间累计购买了34万股股份，增持后持有股份总数为2.18亿股，占公告日期已发行股份总数的约38.2%。
