专题：2025年深圳香蜜湖金融年会

　　2025年12月20-21日，第二届“深圳香蜜湖金融年会”将在深圳市福田区隆重举行，本届年会以“识变局，开新局——促进粤港澳大湾区科技-产业-金融良性循环”为主题。易方达基金管理有限公司副总裁范岳表示，资产管理行业正从传统的“人委托、机器执行”模式，迈向“AI发起、人审核”的驱动模式，并最终将进化至AI全流程自主协作的新范式。

　　范岳表示，AI已成为全球资管行业构筑未来核心竞争力的关键。他分析指出，当前的金融科技发展已摆脱由人类下达指令、机器被动执行的旧模式，进入了由AI主动发起任务、人类进行关键审核的“AI驱动”新阶段。

　　他进一步展望，随着模型能力持续提升，未来将进入更高级的“AI自主发起、AI自主完成”阶段。届时，业务流程的执行与演进将通过AI智能体之间的协作自主完成，而人类的工作角色将发生根本性转变——从繁琐的业务执行中解放出来，转向在流程之外进行战略规划、模型评估与价值判断等更具创造性的工作。

　　同时，他强调，归根结底将 AI 应用于资管业务的初心还是推动行业实现高质量的发展，为投资者带来更加优质便捷的服务，也服务于建设金融强国的总体目标。
