智通财经APP讯，中国创意控股(08368)发布公告，由于本公司未能与容诚(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(前称为先机会计师行有限公司)(容诚)就截至2025年12月31日止财政年度(2025财年)的审计费用达成共识(审计费用)，本公司拟更换核数师。因此，容诚自2025年12月19日起辞任本公司核数师。
根据本公司组织章程细则，经审核委员会推荐，高岭会计师有限公司(高岭)已获委任为本公司核数师，自2025年12月19日起生效，以填补容诚辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
