全球美妆巨头科蒂集团（Coty ）周五宣布，已将其在护发品牌威娜（Wella）剩余的25.8%股份作价7.5亿美元售予私募股权巨头KKR集团。

　　科蒂表示，其将有权从威娜品牌的进一步出售或首次公开募股所带来的任何收益中获得45%的分成。
