智通财经APP讯，精英汇集团(01775)发布公告，于2025年12月19日，承租人JR (YL) LIMITED(公司的间接全资附属公司)与业主万峰发展有限公司订立租赁协议，据此，业主同意租赁而承租人同意承租该等物业，自2026年3月16日起至2030年3月31日止(包括首尾两日)为期四年零十六日，可选择续租，自2030年4月1日起至2033年3月31日止(包括首尾两日)为期另外三年。该等物业的固定月租金为60万港元(不包括地租、差饷、管理费及空调支出)。
“该等物业”指香港新界元朗青山公路49-63号金豪大厦地下G铺及阁楼、1 楼、2楼及3楼。
董事会认为就该等物业订立租赁协议属策略性举措，对集团的增长及市场定位十分有利。此决定建基于清晰蓝图，旨在把握新兴机遇，提升我们的服务组合，以及创造可持续价值。主要的战略利益预计如下：利用已建立的校址以达致协同增长;运用先进的基础设施以提升竞争力;策略性扩张以捕捉市场增长;提供优质而弹性的教育途径;把握政策驱动的私立教育需求;实现有形规模及提升股东价值。
