新浪科技讯 12月19日下午消息，2025年中国游戏产业年会在上海西岸会展中心隆重举行。网易公司副总裁庞大智以“硬功夫筑底，软实力破壁”为题，分享了网易游戏出海的发展历程与核心观点。

　　近期，《燕云十六声》在海外取得显著成功，上线后迅速登顶多国畅销榜，海外版本玩家数突破1500万。庞大智强调，这一成绩不仅源于游戏的高品质与免费模式的强烈反差，更在于其中华文化的内核，如轻功、太极等元素，引发了海外玩家的沉浸探索，印证了“在高水平产品面前，文化没有边界”的理念。

　　他表示，网易游戏出海的初步成功自然与自身的努力密不可分，但更是时代的必然产物。“过去，我们常被称作是依托廉价劳动力的‘世界工厂’；如今，我们正在向以高素质人才为核心的‘知识密集型’全球创新引擎跃迁，而这将成为我们未来的一个核心优势。”
