面对来自 prop AMMs 日益激烈的竞争，Lifinity 向其社区提出了一项关于协议存续的治理提案。根据提案，Lifinity DAO 价值约 4200 万美元的财库资产将整合为 USDC，按比例分发给 LFNTY 代币持有者。此外，团队剩余的 140 万美元开发资金也将一并分配。据社区估算，根据财库账面价值，持有者预计每枚代币可获 0.9 至 1.1 美元。建议 LFNTY 和 veLFNTY 持有者在赎回前将其代币转换为 xLNFTY。预计 xLNFTY 兑换 USDC 的申领功能将在约 9 天后上线，前提是通过 Sec3 的安全审计。自 2022 年 2 月推出以来，Lifinity 已累计处理超过 1490 亿美元的交易量，成为 Solana 历史上第五大 DEX。
