Sino-Ocean Files for Singapore Listing of Nearly $69 Million Worth of Bonds

Sino-Ocean (HKG:3377) filed to list around $68.8 million worth of bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The property investment firm will list $21.2 million worth of zero-coupon mandatory convertible bonds due 2027 and $47.6 million worth of 3.0% senior secured bonds due 2033/2034/2035.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Dec. 22, the filing added.
