罚单显示，中原银行股份有限公司南阳分行的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：内部控制不到位，导致案件发生。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局南阳监管分局对其罚款30万元。
此外，王中文（时任中原银行南阳分行计划财务部总经理、邓州支行行长）被禁止终身从事银行业工作；霍振峰（时任中原银行南阳分行行长）、毛宇（时任中原银行南阳分行副行长）分别被警告。
