智通财经APP讯，国际家居零售(01373)发布截至2025年10月31日止6个月的中期业绩，该公司取得收入11.97亿港元，同比减少5.8%;本公司权益持有人应占利润为2748.7万港元，同比减少16.6%;每股基本盈利3.84港仙;每股中期股息3港仙。
公告称，收入减少反映出中国香港零售业面临多方面的挑战。中国内地电商凭借规模与成本优势，进一步挤占本地市场份额;线下同业亦纷纷竞相促销，竞争日趋白热化。与此同时，消费者行为不断转变，“北上消费”与“境外消费”趋势分流部分本地客源;而本地市场呈现的“消费降级”现象，亦反映顾客在经济压力而趋向理性与精打细算的消费追求。此外，高昂的营运成本，为行业带来严峻考验。
