智通财经APP讯，JS环球生活(01691)发布公告，孙嘉恩女士已辞任公司公司秘书，并不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表以及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部在香港接受法律程序文件及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条规定在香港代表公司接受法律程序文件及通知的法律程序代理人(统称为“法律程序代理人”)，自2025年12月19日起生效。此外，朱嘉盈女士(其具备上市规则第3.28条所规定的必要专业资格及相关经验)已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年12月19日起生效。
