格隆汇12月19日丨康大食品(00834.HK)公告，有关德林证券(香港)有限公司代表要约人提出有关公司全部已发行股份(要约人及要约人一致行动人士已拥有及╱或同意将予收购者除外)的强制性无条件现金要约，要约人香港盛源控股有限公司及公司联合宣布，要约于2025年12月19日(星期五)下午四时正截止，且不获要约人修订或延长。 于2025年12月19日(星期五)(即综合文件所载接纳要约的最后时间及日期)下午四时正，要约人已收到32份有关要约项下合共7821.8万股股份之有效接纳，占于本联合公告日期公司全部已发行股本约17.27%。根据按要约价每股要约股份0.265港元计算要约项下涉及78,218,034股要约股份的32份有效接纳，要约总代价为20,727,779.01港元。
