智通财经APP讯，长盈集团(控股)(00689)发布公告，于2025年12月19日，贷款人EPI ESG Investment (New Zealand) Limited(公司的一家纽西兰间接全资附属公司)与借款人及按揭人(Lion Yang 先生)订立贷款协议，据此，贷款人同意向借款人提供本金金额为165万纽元(约742.5万港元)的贷款额度，还款期限为六个月。
董事认为，由贷款人提供的贷款额度乃符合公司创造稳定收入的计划，且属集团放债业务的日常及一般业务运作。贷款协议的条款为订约各方经参考现行商业惯例后，经公平磋商达致。
