智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2025年12月19日，本公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理分别与盐城港供应链及盐城港开发订立保理协议。
根据盐城港供应链保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向盐城港供应链提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予循环信贷限额人民币5000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为6%至6.2%，自2025年12月19日起生效及于2026年12月19日到期。
根据盐城港开发保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向盐城港开发提供应收账款服务并授予循环信贷限额人民币5000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为6%至6.2%，自2025年12月19日起生效及于2026年12月19日到期。
鉴于保理协议乃于悦达商业保理的日常及一般业务过程中进行，在融资期内将为本公司贡献溢利，属于一般商业条款，并有利于本集团扩展业务以及与大丰海港、盐西景轩、怡乐商贸、盐城港供应链及盐城港开发建立长远的业务关系，董事认为，保理协议的条款属公平合理，并符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
