Rexel 否认收购谈判，称未与潜在买家接触路透12月17日 - 法国电气设备分销商Rexel RXL.PA周三驳斥了调查媒体La Lettre关于私募股权公司CVC Capital Partners CVC.AS可能收购该集团的报导。
