ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，波兰众议院（Sejm）再次通过了此前被总统 Karol Nawrocki 否决的《加密资产市场法案》，并将其送交参议院进一步审议。
该法案周四获得 241 名议员投票通过，内容与此前被否决的版本完全相同。该法案旨在使波兰法律与欧盟《加密资产市场监管法规》（MiCA）保持一致，但批评者认为其超出了欧盟标准，赋予波兰金融监管局（KNF）过于广泛的执法权力，包括网站封锁和数百万兹罗提的罚款。
Nawrocki 此前否决该法案的理由包括法律条款模糊、监管过度以及合规成本过高，警告相关条款可能损害小型企业并允许“一键式”域名关闭。尽管面临反对，总理 Donald Tusk 政府仍未作任何修改重新提交该法案。参议院审议后，该法案可能再次面临总统否决。
