《彭博》引述消息人士报道，高盛(GS.US) 有意以折让价收购新世界发展(00017.HK) 的部分贷款，已与部分参与今年6月向新世界发放创纪录110亿美元贷款的银行接洽，称愿意以至少15美仙的折让价购买这笔贷务。
消息人士称，上述的谈判尚处于初步阶段，目前尚不清楚能否达成任何协议，亦不确定其他金融机构是否考虑过在二级市场上购买部分贷款。
