Perpetual (ASX:PPT) extended its exclusivity agreement with Bain Capital Private Equity to explore a potential sale of the company's wealth management unit by the first quarter of next year, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said there is no certainty of reaching a deal.
