BlockBeats 消息，12 月 18 日，据官方消息，美股上市比特币加密财库（DAT）公司 KindlyMD（NAKA）今日宣布，其董事会已批准一项股份回购计划，根据该计划，公司可回购其已发行在外的普通股。
根据新获授权的回购计划，KindlyMD 可不时通过公开市场回购、私下协商交易、大宗交易及/或其他法律允许的方式回购其普通股。回购也可依据 10b5-1 交易计划实施，并将遵循经修订的《1934 年证券交易法》中的 10b-18 规则。
任何股份回购的时间、规模和方式将由管理层综合市场状况、股价、成交量、资本需求、监管因素及其他相关因素决定。该计划并不要求公司回购任何特定数量的股份，董事会可在任何时间自行决定对该计划进行修改、暂停或终止。
此前报道，KindlyMD 面临纳斯达克退市风险，股价连续 30 个交易日低于 1 美元。
