智通财经APP讯，高科桥(09963)发布公告，于2025年12月17日，本公司与联席配售代理订立配售协议，据此，本公司有条件同意通过联席配售代理按竭诚尽力基准以每股配售股份0.476港元的配售价向不少于6名承配人(彼等及彼等的实益拥有人须为独立第三方)配售最多5200万股配售股份。
配售股份相当于于本公布日期已发行股份总数约20.00%，及配售事项完成后经扩大已发行股份总数约16.67%(假设由本公布日期至配售事项完成期间，除本公司发行配售股份外，已发行股份总数并无变动)。配售价较于2025年12月17日在联交所所报每股股份0.54港元的收市价折让约 11.85%。
假设全部配售股份获悉数配售，则配售事项所得款项总额预期约为2480万港元，而所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及其他配售开支)将约为2440万港元。按此计算，每股配售股份的净价将约为0.469港元。本公司拟将(i)32.8%的所得款项净额用于偿还银行及其他借贷及(ii)67.2%的所得款项净额用于一般营运资金。
