智通财经APP讯，利华控股集团(01346)公布，于2025年12月17日，该公司间接全资附属公司LeverStyleLimited拟向Active Apparel Group Pty Ltd及Active Apparel Group (America) LLC收购待售资产，初始收购价为1300万美元。待售资产包括(1)AAG(澳洲)待售资产及(2)AAG(美国)待售资产。
AAG(澳洲)待售资产指AG(澳洲)采购订单、AAG(澳洲)应收账款及AAG(澳洲)资产记录;AAG(美国)待售资产指AAG(美国)采购订单、AAG(美国)应收账款及AAG(美国)资产记录。
公告称，卖方的运动服饰业务为服装行业中快速增长的领域，与集团于时尚领域的现有优势形成互补。卖方的产品复杂性及客户层次亦与集团的高端定位相符。集团计划透过向卖方客户交叉销售更多产品及提高营运杠杆增加价值。由于有机业务受到经济环境恶化的负面影响，集团已将更多精力专注于寻求非有机增长上。
