智通财经APP讯，资本界金控(00204)发布公告，董事会建议将公司英文名称由“CAPITAL REALM FINANCIAL HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED”更改为“ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED”，并将公司的中文第二名称由“资本界金控集团有限公司”更改为“盈合国际控股有限公司”(最初建议更改公司名称)。经进一步考虑公司的业务及发展情况，董事会建议将公司英文名称由“CAPITAL REALM FINANCIAL HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED”更 改 为“HUAXIA GLOBAL HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED”，并将公司的中文第二名称由“资本界金控集团有限公司”更改为“华夏寰球控股有限公司”(新建议更改公司名称)，而非采用最初建议更改公司名称。
