智通财经APP讯，新达控股(08471)公布，于2025年12月18日，公司间接全资附属深圳市新达功能纺织有限公司拟向天津中禾种业有限公司收购衡达涌金农业高科技有限公司24%股权，总代价为人民币1160万元。收购事项后，目标公司将由买方持有24%股权，其余76%股权则继续由卖方持有。
目标公司从事农作物种子贸易(仅限于非转售的预包装种子)、粮食作物种植及非主食作物种子生产。
据董事所深知及确信，目标公司拥有一家功能性服装生产工厂。董事会认为收购事项不仅使集团业务多元化，更能创造关键战略协同效应，预期可提升其核心纺织业务的竞争力、可持续性及韧性—特别是在功能性服装的研发生产领域，从而支持集团实现可持续及长远发展及增长。收购目标公司的24%股权已考量集团当前可用财务资源，此举既能平衡集团营运的现金流需求，亦能透过取得目标公司生产设施的部分控制权，以促进集团功能性服装业务的长远发展。
