智通财经APP讯，嘉鼎国际集团(08153)发布公告，于2025年12月12日(星期五)下午六时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份的最后时限)，所有698.88万股未获认购供股股份已按每股股份0.60港元的价格成功配售，相等于配售事项下的认购价。因此，配售事项下概无可供分派予不行动股东的净收益。

由于供股章程所载有关供股及配售事项的所有条件已获达成，供股及配售事项于2025年12月15日(星期一)成为无条件。紧接供股及配售事项完成前已发行股份为2311.01万股。根据暂定配额通知书项下的有效申请及接纳结果以及配售事项的结果，将予配发及发行的供股股份为1155.51万股供股股份，相当于根据供股提呈供认购的供股股份总数的100%。就董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，各承配人及(如适用)彼等各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方;及概无承配人于紧随配售事项完成后成为主要股东。

因此，供股筹集的所得款项总额约693万港元，而供股所得款项净额(经扣除所有相关开支后)为约620万港元。本公司拟动用供股所得款项净额约240万港元用于广告业务的正常营运，包括预付广告位/时段及视频/图片/文字制作等供应商的款项，其余款项则用作本集团的一般营运资金，其中约180万港元用于支付薪金，约200万港元用于支付专业费用及其他公司开支。
