智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，以下变动自2025年12月19日起生效：(i)李育海先生已获委任为非执行董事及董事会主席;(ii)卢振威先生已由执行董事调任为非执行董事;(iii)苏永健先生已辞任非执行董事，并不再担任薪酬委员会、风险控制委员会及可持续发展委员会各自的成员;(iv)张平先生已辞任董事会主席并获委任为首席执行官及薪酬委员会成员。彼亦已辞任提名委员会主席，但仍保留提名委员会的成员身份。彼仍担任执行董事、授权代表以及风险控制委员会及可持续发展委员会各自的主席;(v)朱军先生已辞任首席执行官;(vi)刘国喜先生已获委任为风险控制委员会及可持续发展委员会各自的成员;及(vii)朱剑彪先生已获委任为提名委员会主席。
