香港最大持牌加密货币交易所 HASHKEY HLDGS 周三在港交所挂牌上市，首日股价一度上涨6%，目前跌近3%，表现相对平淡，反映出当前加密货币市场的谨慎情绪。
HashKey此次IPO共筹集约16亿港元资金，发行价6.68港元接近5.95-6.95港元招股价格区间的高端。基石投资者包括富达(Fidelity)、瑞银(UBS)、中信产业基金(CDH Investments)和Cithara Fund等知名机构。摩根大通和国泰海通担任联席账簿管理人。
成立于2018年的HashKey提供交易所服务、场外交易、质押和代币化等链上服务，以及面向机构和零售客户的资产管理解决方案。
值得一提的是，HashKey此次上市正值全球加密货币市场经历大幅波动之际。全球最大加密货币比特币在10月初触及12.6万美元历史高点后，一个月内下跌约36%，今年迄今仍下跌约6%。为加密货币相关企业的市场表现蒙上阴影。
HashKey的温和开局显示，尽管香港积极发展数字资产中心地位，但投资者对加密货币板块仍持观望态度。
