金吾财讯 | 交银国际表示，近日北京光和谦成科技有限责任公司完成注册，标志着光伏行业酝酿已久的“多晶硅产能整合收购平台”正式落地；该平台由相关主管部门联合指导、多家龙头企业共同发起，拟实行“承债式收购+弹性利用产能”的双轨模式运行。平台公司目前注册资本30亿元，股东包括9家多晶硅企业和行业协会，持股比例分基本根据现有产能，因此目前开工率较低的新特等企业更加受益。但公司未来会进行增资，届时各股东持股比例仍会有变动，因此目前开工率最高的协鑫仍有机会提高持股比例。上周举行的中央工作会议指出深入整治“内卷式”竞争，对反内卷的表述首次由“综合整治”变为“深入整治”，结合多晶硅产能收储平台正式成立，该机构预计光伏“反内卷”将进一步深入，实质性去产能政策有望逐步推出。在近期股价回调后，该机构认为部分光伏龙头估值已具吸引力，并看好多晶硅这一“反内卷”的标杆环节，首选颗粒硅龙头协鑫科技(03800/买入)，同时看好更加受益于产能收储的低估值棒状硅龙头新特能源(01799/买入)。
