* 中国沙发生产商敏华控股1999.HK周五盘中涨5.2%至4.63港元，为12月9日以来最高。
* 该公司此前公布，已订立协议收购美国软体家具制造及销售商Gainline Recline Intermediate Corp.的100%权益，连债务在内涉资约5,870万美元，此举令公司的生产布局扩展至美国，以应对国际贸易环境变化。
Gainline于密西西比州北部拥有8处生产设施，主要透过Southern Motion和Fusion Furniture两个品牌营运。
* 据上月的财报显示，敏华控股财年上半年收入同比下降3.1%，其中中国市场收入下跌6%，北美以及欧洲市场收入分别增长0.3%及4.3%。
