ChainCatcher 消息，据 DL News 报道，韩国金融监督院审计发现，旨在帮扶疫情后陷入困境的小企业的“新起点基金”向 269 名加密货币个人交易者提供了超过 1500 万美元的债务减免。
审计案例显示，一名获得 6.235 万美元债务减免（减免 77%）的个人，当时持有价值约 30.7 万美元的加密货币。金融服务委员会主席 Shin Jin-chang 表示，将强化受助人筛选标准，但承认唯有法律修订才能从根本上防止此类情况。目前，基金运营方韩国资产管理公社（KAMCO）无法主动查询申请人是否持有加密资产，除非其自愿申报。
一项正在国会审议的修正案若通过，将授权 KAMCO 在未经同意的情况下核查受助人的未上市股票与加密资产持有情况。近年来，韩国已逐步授权税务及地方政府部门查询并冻结欠税、欠费公民的加密资产。
