Josh Schiffrin 指出，Jerome Powell 的表态显示出美联储内部对就业状况可持续性的担忧正在加剧。Jerome Powell 承认劳动力市场持续逐步降温，但也警告近期的就业数据可能夸大了潜在就业增长，并强调了劳动力状况面临的显著下行风险。
高盛分析认为，这种侧重点的转变使得即将公布的劳动力市场数据对塑造政策预期至关重要，其中尤其需要关注失业率，而非总体非农就业人数增幅。高盛预计此轮降息周期将延续至 2026 年，联邦基金目标利率可能降至 3%或更低。
