12月19日，耀才证券金融午后涨超11%，成交额1.37亿港元。
消息面上，耀才证券金融此前发布公告称，耀才证券金融与蚂蚁集团方面签订修订协议，将收购要约的时间延长4个月，最终截止日期更新为2026年3月25日。在监管审批方面，此项备受市场关注的收购交易已取得实质性进展。香港证监会已于9月23日完成审批程序，而国家发展改革委的报备工作也正按计划有序推进。
此外，耀才证券金融截至9月底的中期业绩显示，期内收入4.97亿港元，同比增长10.72%；净利润3.27亿港元，同比增长4.77%。国金证券指出，期内公司证券经纪收入2.54亿港元，同比增长77.4%，主要得益于大盘成交活跃，香港交易所期内总成交金额同比增长122.4%。
