China Ocean Group Development Ltd. has released its updated list of directors and their roles, as filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board comprises Executive Directors CAI Haiming (Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer), CAI Haipeng (Co-Chief Executive Officer), LIU Rongsheng, LIU Qiang, and CHNG Choon Looi. Non-executive Directors include LUI Chun Pong and CHEN Jianchang. Independent Non-executive Directors are KAM Hou Yin, John; LI Cao; LI Qing; and WU Yi. Committee memberships were also detailed: KAM Hou Yin, John serves as Chairman of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees and is a member of the Nomination Committee. LI Cao is a member of all three committees. LI Qing is Chairman of the Nomination Committee, while WU Yi is a member of the Audit Committee.
