Janison Education Group Wins Five-Year Deal With New Zealand Education Ministry; Shares Reach One-Year High

Janison Education Group (ASX:JAN) secured a five-year agreement with the New Zealand Ministry of Education to deliver the Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool (SMART) for AU$21 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

SMART will support twice-yearly, bilingual assessments for students in Years 3 to 10 and will be delivered through the company's online assessment platform, the filing said.

Shares rose 8% in midday trade on Thursday and earlier reached their highest since June 2024.
