Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) increased the carrying values of its investee companies Updoc and PropHero as part of its December portfolio valuation, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The updated valuations reflect gains of nearly 21% for Updoc and about 46% for PropHero, the filing said. The uplift represents a total increase of AU$0.089 per share in pre-tax net tangible assets.
