12月17日，2025小米人车家全生态合作伙伴大会召开，小米展示了其在AIoT（人工智能物联网）领域的核心进展，正式发布自研的统一模型部署平台——MINT（Model Integrated Native Toolkit）。
该平台旨在通过提供端到端的开发流水线，降低AI技术在小家电等终端设备上的开发与应用门槛，推动智能化全面落地。
官方介绍，平台核心解决四大问题：提供统一的开发范式，支持跨厂商算法与芯片无缝接入；建立IoT从开发到部署的行业级流程标准；实现云、边、端全栈效能提升；并通过自研模型小型化技术优化模型结构，降低资源占用。
同时，小米公布了其部分头部品类在高端市场的占有率数据（基于2025年1-10月中国区线上销售口径）：智能音箱达36%，智能门锁达31%，路由器达25%，均在相应高端细分市场中处于领先地位。
