OUE (SGX:LJ3) agreed to acquire a 19.3% stake in OUE Healthcare (SGX:5WA) from Browny Healthcare for SG$20.7 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the completion, OUE's stake in OUE Healthcare will increase to 89.7%, with the deal expected to close on or around Dec. 24.
