PTR Minerals Says Drilling at South Australia Project Shows High-Grade Mineralization; Shares Rise 6%

PTR Minerals (ASX:PTR) said drilling at its Rosewood prospect within the Muckanippie Project in South Australia showed consistent high-grade heavy mineral mineralization over thick vertical intervals, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Drilling yielded 29 meters at about 14% heavy minerals from 7 meters, including 0.7 meters at roughly 30% heavy minerals from 29 meters, the filing said.

The company expects a maiden resource at the project in the second quarter of 2026, the filing added.

Shares of the company rose past 6% in recent Friday trade.
