智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，本公司近期获悉，于2025年12月8日，英属处女群岛高等法院东加勒比最高法院根据《2003年英属处女群岛破产法》(2020年修订)发出对FWI的清盘命令(该命令)并委任联席清盘人。
谨此提醒本公司股东，该命令乃针对FWI而非本公司而发出。于本公布日期，据本公司所知，FWI为本公司的控股股东，持有本公司10.42亿股普通股，占本公司已发行股本总额约49.06%。FWI由金耀及Sino Century Holdings Limited各持有 50%，而Sino Century Holdings Limited由本公司现任非执行董事王健生先生全资拥有。
此外，继续停牌。
