12月18日，中国高端护肤品牌林清轩今日起至下周二(23日)招股，发售1396.65万股H股，香港公开发售占10%，其余为国际配售。每股招股价77.77港元，集资约10.86亿港元。一手50股，入场费3927.72港元。
林清轩预期12月30日挂牌买卖。中信证券及华泰国际为联席保荐人。
公司计划将所得款项净额，约20%用于品牌价值塑造与传播；约20%用于提升全渠道销售网络的深化构建；约15%用于加强生产及供应链能力；约15%用于技术研发及产品组合开拓；约15%用于内生孵化与外延并购双轮驱动，打造品牌矩阵；约5%用于运营及讯息基础设施数字化、智能化建设；约10%用于营运资金及一般公司用途。
