智通财经APP讯，CWT INT'L(00521)发布公告，于2025年12月19日，本公司间接全资附属公司MRI Trading与GTS Shipping订立第二份销售合约，据此，GTS Shipping同意向MRI Trading增购阴极铜。合约代价不得超逾500美元(相当于约3900万港元)。于订立第一份销售合约及第二份销售合约后，本集团与GTS Shipping(或海航科技旗下任何附属公司)将继续商讨及将考虑于商品贸易领域进一步合作。
本公司相信，第二份销售合约可进一步增强本集团在商品贸易方面的商机。继续以GTS Shipping为客户，本集团可受惠于商品贸易毛利及毛利率进一步增长。
