WIN-Partners (TYO:3183) said its consolidated subsidiary, TESCO, will merge with its wholly-owned unit, MCI, in an absorption-type merger, effective March 1, 2026, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The merger, aimed at integrating MCI's operations with TESCO to enhance group synergies, will not involve the issuance of new shares, a capital increase, or the delivery of merger consideration.
Both companies operate in the sales, rental, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment.
