快科技12月18日消息，虽然在EUV光刻机上已经出局，但日本依然是全球第二大光刻机供应商，这几年日本公司也在憋足劲开发可替代EUV的光刻方案，他们选择了NIL纳米压印技术路线。
此前日本佳能、尼康等公司有过这种技术展示，现在日本DNP公司（大日本印刷株式会社）也宣布开发出了10nm的NIL纳米压印技术，可以将电路图直接印在基板上，该技术可以用于1.4nm工艺的逻辑芯片曝光。
具体技术上，DNP的10nm纳米压印技术采用SADP自对准双重图案技术，一次曝光+两次图案能够制造成双倍精度的芯片，可以满足先进工艺逻辑芯片的要求，而且功耗优势明显，DNP公司称其能耗只有当前主流工艺的1/10左右。
该公司已经研发NIL技术超过20年，目前的技术已经可以部分替代EUV光刻，为芯片制造商提供另一种高精度工艺生产的选择，现在已经在跟硬件供应商合作启动技术评估。
DNP公司预计在完成客户验证，建立量产和供应体系之后，预计2027年开始量产出货。
