近日，遇见小面（02408）官方客服在回应媒体加盟咨询时称，“（遇见小面）食材都是统一配套供应的，只要准备剪刀和微波炉即可。”
一位遇见小面的前员工向媒体透露，“80%都是预制，比如杂酱、擂椒等，一包包倒出来即用，饺子也是速冻的”。
有多位消费者在社交平台上吐槽，遇见小面的出餐窗口直接能看到热水泡着预制菜包装袋，并且一碗面里的青菜都是速冻预制。
遇见小面于12月5日登陆港交所，上市首日即跌破发行价。遇见小面的发行价为7.04港元，首日下跌27.84%至5.08港元，后续一路阴跌，截至12月18日发稿，公司股价4.92港元/股，跌1.4%，累积较发行价下跌30%。
遇见小面以直营门店为主，2025年上半年，遇见小面直营收入占比接近9成，是公司核心收入来源。2019年遇见小面才涉足特许经营门店（加盟）模式，截至2025年招股书最后可行日期，公司餐厅数量465家，与6月底的417家相比又扩张了48家门店，与2024年末的360家相比净增长105家门店。
截至2025上半年，遇见小面的翻台率与此前相比有所下滑，整体翻台率只有3.3次。
