　　盖世汽车讯 据外媒报道，瑞典极星汽车12月16日宣布，已与其控股股东中国吉利控股集团签订一份最高达6亿美元的贷款协议。当前全球电动汽车市场需求整体疲软，该公司正深陷资金短缺困境。

　　极星汽车的发言人称，这笔股东贷款将通过吉利在瑞典的子公司发放，且属于“次级贷款”。这意味着该笔贷款不计入极星55亿美元的债务契约限额。该发言人同时透露，公司目前正在积极寻求更多股权融资。

　　极星汽车在一份声明中表示，这笔贷款最后一笔3亿美元的拨付，将根据极星汽车未来的流动性需求，在获得贷款方同意后方可执行。

　　和众多新兴电动汽车企业一样，极星为扩大经营规模耗费了巨额资金，在资金流动性与债务水平管控方面始终面临重重挑战。长期以来，极星一直存在违反部分债务契约的风险。为此，公司多次与贷款人协商修订相关条款，并与债权人达成协议，对部分契约内容进行调整，以确保全年始终遵守契约约定。

　　今年6月，极星从主要股东PSD Investment获得2亿美元股权融资，该投资机构由吉利控股集团创始人李书福掌控。PSD Investment公司目前持有极星汽车44%的股份。本次交易完成后，该公司对于极星的持股比例达到66%。

　　据悉，除极星汽车外，吉利控股还拥有沃尔沃汽车、路特斯等多个汽车品牌。
