智通财经APP讯，优品360(02360)发布公告，于2025年12月17日，公司董事会经审议并批准将公司的管治委员会升格为环境、社会及管治委员会。
为进一步提升公司在环境、社会及管治方面的管理标准及可持续发展管理能力，优化环境、社会及管治方面的管治架构，以及将可持续发展理念融入公司的公司管治策略，董事会已批准将其辖下管治委员会更名为环境、社会及管治委员会的建议。环境、社会及管治相关职责将新增至现有职责范围，管治委员会的职权范围将予以修订并更名为环境、社会及管治委员会职权范围，纳入环境、社会及管治相关工作职责。上述变动将自2025年12月17日起生效。
于本公告日期，环境、社会及管治委员会由高伟博士担任主席，并由蔡素玉女士及陆荣先生出任成员。
