12月18日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局一连公布多条关于股权变更的批复。批复显示，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局同意贵州农村商业联合银行股份有限公司受让16家农村商业银行的股份以及5家农村信用合作联社的股份。

　　12月15日，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局发布《关于贵州农村商业联合银行股份有限公司开业的批复》，同意贵州农村商业联合银行股份有限公司开业。贵州监管局核准贵州农村商业联合银行股份有限公司业务范围如下：办理或代理贵州农商银行系统的资金清算和结算业务；参加资金市场，为贵州农商银行系统融通资金；组织贵州农商银行系统的资金调剂；办理经金融监督管理部门批准的其他业务。
