智通财经APP讯，齐鲁高速(01576)发布公告，于2025年12月18日，公司(作为贷款人)与齐鲁能源科技(作为借款人)签订了借款合同，向齐鲁能源科技提供总额不超过人民币5000万元的借款，约定借款期限为一年。同日，公司与正晨科技就本次借款签订了保证合同。正晨科技作为保证人将为本次借款提供连带责任保证担保。
公司考虑到本次借款可以(i)保障齐鲁能源科技的经营连续性与稳定性，借款到位后，可确保齐鲁能源科技日常运营和在手订单的正常推进，避免其因资金短缺导致生产停滞;及(ii)维护公司股东的长期利益，本次借款资金主要用于支付齐鲁能源科技供应商货款及租赁场地，将助力齐鲁能源科技获得项目收益，增强经营稳定性。因此，公司将结合齐鲁能源科技的实际需求提供相应借款。
