消息面上，世纪联合控股近日发布公告称，主席罗厚杰出售71.12%股权，涉及3.769亿股，总代价约1.53亿港元。完成后，要约人须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.94港元，较停牌前收报折让66.78%。要约人由马可数字科技(01942)执行董事莫铭东持股99%。截止后，其拟维持股份的上市地位。
